Web Seminars are an economical way to present information to groups of employees. The Web Seminar can be displayed via a projector and speaker phone in a conference room so several attendees can be accommodated at once. Web Seminar tuition is charged per log in, not per person.

APCO Institute Web Seminar tuition is very economical at $59 for APCO International Members and $79 for non-members. This includes one hour of training and one continuing dispatch education (CDE) credit. Attendees in a conference setting but not individually logged in may receive CDE points for $15 each.

Then this class is for you! This class will teach you about the three subconscious driving forces and how these forces affect employee behavior and decision making. Students will learn how to better understand their boss, peers, subordinates and to some extent their customers. This seminar is designed to equip employees with practical knowledge and skills sets to evaluate those around them and to use the proper technique to "speak" their language. Students will learn about visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning types as well as Gardner's theory of Multiple Intelligences. This is an extremely interactive class. Many hand-outs, templates and practical ideas that employees can take back to their department or team and immediately implement will be provided.
